Monday- Ready! Set! Write! : Children will participate in the well known Handwriting Without Tears Program. Activites will involve masters key reading and writing concepts, such as directional, size, relationships, letter recognition, likeness and differences, colors, numeral recognition, and counting.
Tuesday-Science For Kids: From Mud Pies to Magnets: Children will be introduced to Science ideas covering topic areas such as the earth around us, animals, weather, plants, properties of matter and the human body.
Wednesday- Number Fun has Just Begun: Children will enjoy exposure to math readiness skills as we learn to identify numbers, and focus on sequencing, matching, sorting and patterns.
Thursday- Ready! Set! Write!: Children will participate in the well known Handwriting Without Tears Program. Friday- Take a Look At What We Can Cook: Children will help to measure, sift, mix and stir ingredients. In a short amount of time they will get to see the fruits of the labor change- from single unrelated ingredients to a completed tasty treet!
